Duty Manager - Rydges Wellington

EVT Rydges Wellington is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to join the Front Office team, reporting to the Front Office Manager. In the absence of senior leadership, this role acts as the primary decision-maker and ambassador for the hotel, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead front-of-house staff, manage check-in and check-out processes, and maintain high brand standards while resolving guest issues.
