Duty Manager (School Support)

Harmeny Education Trust is seeking a Duty Manager to provide leadership, operational management, and behaviour support for six classes within its school community. The role involves working alongside Education and Care colleagues to support learners displaying challenging behaviour or emotional distress, ensuring they remain safe, ready, and respectful while promoting school attendance. The postholder will assist the Education Management Team, ensure the smooth operational running of the school day, and demonstrate high standards of care and leadership.
