Duty Manager

The Duty Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the Bourne Leisure Centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for customers of all ages. They will oversee opening and closing procedures, manage staff rotas, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support sales and member retention initiatives. The role also involves coaching and developing team members while acting as a visible leader for the community.
