Duty Manager

The Duty Manager assists the Front Office Manager in administering and managing all Front Office operations to ensure profitability, cost control, and quality standards while ensuring total guest satisfaction. This role coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Welcome Desk and Guest Relations division, providing frontline leadership and managing team performance. The position involves overseeing guest services, handling VIP and group reservations, and ensuring smooth hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
