Duty Officer

The Duty Officer at Stirling Leisure Centres is responsible for the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the aquatic facility, providing leadership to lifeguards and frontline staff while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes supervising pool operations, handling incidents and emergencies, and supporting administrative tasks such as rostering and facility maintenance.
