Dye Operator

The Dye Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently processing additive manufacturing parts through the dyeing operation while maintaining quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Working as part of a two-person production team, the role involves cross-training across all stages of the dye process, including preparation, dyeing, rinsing, drying, inspection, documentation, and packaging. The position requires adherence to established Standard Work and operating procedures to ensure consistent results.
