Dyno Operator

The Dyno Operator will join the Engine Rebuild Center team in Accra, Ghana, to ensure rebuilt engines are tested and prioritized efficiently while maintaining production flow and delivery commitments. This role involves conducting thorough pre-test inspections, operating the Taylor Engine Test Cell, and performing load, performance, and break-in tests in line with approved quality processes. The position requires monitoring real-time test data to diagnose abnormalities, documenting test reports, and supporting operational excellence through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
