A Financial Manager oversees financial results and cash flow for projects, manages risk at every business process stage, verifies commercial, financial, insurance, and legal aspects of business processes, particularly collaborating with the legal department for project contracts, supervises team work, controls and optimizes both direct and indirect operational costs, coordinates group reporting, acquires and oversees procurement within the group, prepares and presents project selections to the department leadership, maintains client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships, and oversees construction project settlements (general construction).
