E-Commerce and E-Books Associate

This role focuses on receiving, sorting, and processing donated items for online sale through E-Commerce and E-Books channels. The position involves inspecting donations for quality, accurately entering product information, and preparing items for shipment to the online store. The associate will also assist with in-person donations, support drive-thru operations, and provide guidance to team members to ensure efficient processing and high-quality inventory.
