e-Commerce Sales Associate

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. This role involves responding to leads, answering questions, and providing information to help transition customers from initial contact to an in-store experience. The associate ensures an exceptional customer experience by following up to ensure satisfaction and assisting with the transition to the Service department.
