E-Learning Consultant

The E-Learning Consultant designs and develops digital learning experiences to support advisor and staff adoption of firm platforms, technology solutions, and business initiatives. This role involves partnering with trainers and subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning, videos, and performance support resources while serving as the primary administrator for Pendo. The position also focuses on leveraging emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance learning delivery and improve knowledge access across the organization.
