E2E BSS Solution Architect / Forward Deployed Architect – Client Delivery

This role serves as a trusted technical advisor to customer CIOs and CTOs, driving technology strategy and enterprise architecture for large-scale Telecom BSS transformation programs. The position leads end-to-end business, solution, and enterprise architecture across critical systems including CRM, Billing, and Order Management, while defining target architectures and implementation roadmaps. It involves leading technical discovery workshops, ensuring architecture governance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer deployments and resolve complex technical challenges.
