Positioned within ConocoPhillips' Eagle Ford operations, the position involves leading forecasting and cost tracking initiatives alongside complex issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Drive technical alignment and consistency across Production Engineering teams
Support production strategy and rig loading to deliver plan and manage inventory
Advise on optimization, artificial lift, and well work decisions
Lead forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis with asset and finance teams
Mentor engineers and promote best practices across the organization
