Responsibilities

Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests
Complete management referral intakes and assure appropriate employee placement
Assess risk and manage organizational crises through in-the-moment support and triage
Monitor employee compliance and coordinate follow-up with treatment providers and HR
