The Early Careers Consultant role focuses on building the firm's future talent pipeline through Clerkship and Graduate programs. The position involves managing end-to-end student hiring, including employer branding, selection, and interviewing, while fostering relationships with senior leaders and university partners. This role supports the development and orientation of new hires and serves as the primary People & Culture contact for early career cohorts.
