About this role
The Early Careers Lead at Thales UK (Templecombe) is responsible for growing and retaining early careers talent within the UWS business by developing and delivering a local early careers growth and retention strategy. The role acts as the Early Careers Champion, coordinating attraction, onboarding, learning and rotational programmes and ensuring alignment with Thales UK standards. The postholder partners with senior leaders, HR, talent and learning teams and reports to the Head of Operations (Customer Delivery).
