Early Childhood Coach

This role provides reflective and relationship-based coaching to teachers and instructional leaders in early childhood programs to support continuous quality improvement and best-practice standards. The position involves partnering with educators to establish collaborative relationships, integrate racial justice principles, and facilitate goal setting and data evaluation. It also includes conducting observations, providing feedback, and supporting professional development for the early learning workforce.
