Early Childhood Coach

This role provides reflective and relationship-based coaching to teachers and instructional leaders in early childhood programs to support classroom goals and continuous quality improvement. The position involves integrating racial justice and equity principles into coaching strategies while facilitating goal setting, data evaluation, and observation feedback. The coach partners with administrators and educators to establish action steps, identify resources, and strengthen practice implementation through mentorship and training.
