Early Childhood Development Assistant

This role supports the Center Supervisor in managing an early childhood classroom, assisting with lesson plans, and implementing developmentally appropriate practices. The position involves facilitating child-led activities, maintaining classroom hygiene, and supporting family-style meal service while adhering to Head Start Performance Standards. The employee also assists with recruitment, clerical tasks, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment for children.
