Early Childhood Education Assistant

This part-time hourly position supports classroom teachers with breaks and planning time to ensure compliance with Early Achievers, NAC, ECEAP, EHS, and DCYF standards. The role involves implementing developmentally appropriate practices for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while fostering their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. The assistant collaborates with lead teachers on curriculum planning, observes child development, and maintains professional communication with program managers and parents.
