The role involves working in a community‑managed not‑for‑profit early learning service in East Melbourne, providing high‑quality education and care for children in either the Nursery or Toddler program. Educators will build relationships with children and families, support learning through intentional teaching and play, and contribute to planning, documentation, and assessment while benefiting from above‑ratio staffing and strong wellbeing support.
