Early Childhood Teacher

This position is responsible for the academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth of children from infants through preschool, fostering strong partnerships with parents and caregivers. The role ensures compliance with state and local regulations while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment that promotes each child's curiosity, creativity, and sense of belonging. The teacher develops and implements weekly lesson plans, conducts developmental screenings, and supports parent-child bonding through regular interactions and home visits.
