Early College and Post Secondary Access Coordinator

The Early College and Post Secondary Access Coordinator will create, implement, and oversee a new Early College program for Somerville Public Schools under the supervision of the Director of College & Career Readiness. This role focuses on college and career programming with a specific emphasis on first-generation students and their families, ensuring equitable access to post-secondary pathways. The position involves designing early college partnerships, advising students, and engaging families and the community in the college planning process.
