Early Education Classroom Coordinator

The Early Education Classroom Coordinator provides hands-on classroom support, staff guidance, and daily operational assistance to promote a safe, consistent, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment. This leadership-support role reports directly to the EEC Director and ensures compliance with licensing rules and regulations. The position involves coaching teachers, conducting classroom walk-throughs, and assisting with onboarding and training new employees. The coordinator also supports positive parent interactions and maintains confidentiality while upholding the values of Trinity Church.
