Early Equipment Management Planner

This role is primarily responsible for planning and executing the Early Equipment Management process, including OEM relationships, design for reliability, and initial preventive maintenance planning. The position also supports the planner group by scheduling, coordinating, and assigning work for Tech Services teams to ensure efficient resource use and timely work order completion. Additionally, the role involves driving reliability concepts through PM creation, managing spare parts, and developing detailed repair work orders.
