Early Head Start (EHS) Program Assistant

The Early Head Start (EHS) Program Assistant supports daily operations, monitoring, shared governance, and continuous improvement for One Place EHS and its Early Head Start–Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) network. Under the direction of the EHS Director, the position coordinates program systems, data, documentation, communication, and follow-up to support high-quality services for infants, toddlers, and their families, including expectant families. The role involves collaboration with EHS leadership, content-area specialists, Family Advocates, partner sites, Policy Council and Board representatives, One Place departments, families, and community partners to ensure consistent implementation of established requirements.
