Early Head Start Home Visitor

The Early Head Start Home Visitor at Crossroads Health provides direct support to low-income families with pregnant women, infants, and toddlers in Lake County to promote family well-being and healthy child development. The role is delivered through a family-centered, relationship-based approach with an infant mental health perspective and includes provisions for Spanish-speaking families. Services are offered regardless of a family's ability to pay and focus on connecting families to needed resources and supports.
