Early Head Start/Head Start Classroom Supervisor

This role is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and supervision of the Early Head Start/Head Start classroom, teaching staff, and collaborations to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and NJ/PA Licensing regulations. The position involves providing reflective supervision, guiding education staff in curriculum delivery and child assessments, and maintaining open communication with center staff and specialists. The supervisor also ensures child safety, manages program transitions, and conducts necessary training and reporting.
