Early Intervention Service Coordinator

This full-time position provides Early Intervention services and supports to families, infants, and toddlers with disabilities, as well as at-risk children, to maximize developmental potential. The role involves coordinating initial and ongoing evaluations, facilitating the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Service Coordinator works in partnership with families to address unique needs, build on community resources, and advocate for necessary support.
