Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist

This role provides early intervention services to families with children from birth to three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk. The Speech Language Pathologist utilizes a parent coaching model to deliver education, training, and support through home, center, and community visits. The position involves collaborating with a trans-disciplinary team and community providers to ensure continuity of care and service coordination for assigned caseloads.
