Early Learning Center Site Aide

The Early Learning Center Site Aide supports the Lead Teacher in planning, organizing, and implementing early learning center services and programs at the YMCA of Pierce & Kitsap Counties. This year-round position focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children while ensuring compliance with state licensing standards and YMCA policies. The role involves assisting with daily operations, fostering positive relationships with families, and promoting the YMCA's mission of youth development and community strengthening.
