Early Learning Coach

The Early Learning Coach supports early learning providers in achieving and maintaining Texas Rising Star certification through mentoring, training, and continuous quality improvement planning. This role involves building professional relationships with providers, delivering coaching and professional learning communities, and ensuring compliance with state assessment requirements. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage a fast-paced workload while supporting childcare programs across the region.
