Early Learning Workforce Navigator

The Early Learning Workforce Navigator supports the growth, development, and retention of the early learning workforce across five Oregon counties by assisting prospective and current child care business owners with licensing navigation and resource access. The role involves coordinating community outreach, workforce development efforts, and maintaining the accuracy of the statewide Find Child Care Oregon database to expand access to affordable, high-quality child care. This position serves as a key connection between local communities and Child Care Partners to strengthen relationships and identify workforce needs.
