Early Phase Quality Engineer

The Early Phase Quality Engineer acts as the customer advocate throughout the high‑performance vehicle development process, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, fit and finish, and premium material integration from digital concept through to start of production. Reporting to the Quality Projects Manager, the role collaborates across design, engineering, and manufacturing to define gap and flush plans, validate CAD models, select luxury materials, optimize processes, benchmark perceived quality, and conduct vehicle audits.
