Children's Ground is seeking an Early Years Educator to design and implement an innovative, integrated approach to learning and wellbeing that privileges First Nations culture. The role involves delivering quality early years learning alongside Arrernte educators and communities, supporting individualized learning plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This position is available as part-time or full-time and requires a passion for outdoor work and community empowerment.
