Early Years Expert at Hand Advisor

This role supports early years and developmentally young children as part of the SEND reform, Expert at Hands, by working with a skilled team to promote education, development, welfare, and inclusion. The position involves advising settings and schools on high-quality inclusive provision, curriculum development, and strategies for children with additional needs. It also requires providing guidance to parents and professionals while maintaining records and attending relevant training.
