Early Years Improvement Advisor

The Early Years Improvement Advisor role focuses on developing and supporting high-quality early years provision across the childcare sector in Leicestershire. The position involves providing advice, guidance, and training to early years providers, particularly those judged below expected standards by Ofsted, to improve outcomes for children and families. The role requires championing the needs of disadvantaged children and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), while implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles and safeguarding policies. The advisor will work flexibly across the North West Leicestershire District and collaborate with internal and external partners to embed best practices in early education and childcare.
