Earth Observation (EO) Future Missions Optical Payload and Performance Engineer

This role involves the end-to-end definition, engineering, and pre-development of optical payload systems for future Earth observation missions, including research and operational programs. The position requires leading optical instrument preparation for Phase 0 or Phase A missions while managing industrial contracts and technology breadboarding activities. The engineer will also develop performance models and provide expert support for mission architecture studies.
