Earthwork Project Manager/Estimator

The Earthwork Project Manager/Estimator collaborates with the Division Manager to manage projects from initial bids and budget through final closeout. This role performs quantity take-offs, builds complete estimates, and prepares proposals while coordinating with field supervisors to keep work on schedule and within budget. The position serves as the main point of contact for customers and helps improve estimation and project management processes.
