The Broker Success Associate supports Thimble’s East Region brokers by managing onboarding and maintaining ongoing broker relationships. It operates within a fully remote, high-volume support environment and collaborates closely with internal teams to maintain compliance and enhance broker experience. The position contributes directly to broker activation, satisfaction, and retention within Thimble’s small commercial insurance business.
