Eastern Regional Development Director

The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is seeking a performance-motivated team player to support strategic fundraising efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors and prospects. The role involves managing a portfolio of 100–120 major donors and prospects, with a focus on planned gifts such as in-will bequests and beneficiary designations. This position requires fostering collaborative relationships across departments and working with development support staff to create internal processes and organize events.
