The Employee Benefits Account Executive serves as the primary client advisor and operational leader for complex employee benefit accounts, focusing on technical expertise, service execution, compliance, and proactive client engagement. This role involves overseeing the account team, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with the firm’s Gold Standard Service Model, and supporting producers to drive client retention and satisfaction. The position requires managing a complex book of business, developing consultative relationships, and providing insurance technical expertise to clients and internal teams.
