EC Curriculum Leader

The EC Curriculum Leader / MTSS Coach is a hands-on instructional leader responsible for overseeing special education programs and supporting the school-wide Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. This role ensures curricula and interventions are aligned with NCDPI standards and school-wide expectations while driving high-quality, inclusive core instruction and improving student outcomes through evidence-based, high-leverage practices (HLPs). The leader models best practices, provides rigorous feedback, ensures strict adherence to IEP compliance and IDEA regulations, and supports tiered interventions across general and special education settings.
