The Co-Lead Teacher is a full-time, 12‑month position responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate Project Approach curriculum for a group of preschool and school‑age children. The role includes creating a safe, nurturing learning environment, supervising children both indoors and outdoors, and collaborating with families, college students, and ECDC staff.
