Echocardiographer - Per Diem

An Echocardiographer at Hackensack Meridian Health performs comprehensive cardiac ultrasound procedures, including 2-D, 3-D, and doppler studies, while assisting cardiology attendings during stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms. The role requires complete knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, accurate documentation within Cardiovascular Information Systems (EPIC), and the administration of contrast imaging as needed. Personnel also ensure equipment maintenance, manage patient safety and positioning, and communicate critical findings to physicians.
