The National Audubon Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow, throughout the Americas. Audubon advances bird and habitat conservation using science, policy advocacy, education, habitat restoration, and on‑the‑ground conservation projects. It operates a network of local chapters and partners, engages the public through citizen‑science programs and educational resources, and campaigns for policy solutions to threats like habitat loss and climate change.
