Ecommerce Associate

The Ecommerce Associate manages the end-to-end process for Goodwill Keystone Area's participation in the Shopgoodwill.com auction site, from receiving and evaluating donated goods to posting them online and reconciling funds. This role involves photographing items, maintaining inventory, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a positive representation of the organization. The associate also oversees shipping duties, including order fulfillment and tracking, while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
