Economic Empowerment Program Coordinator

This role involves collaborating with program staff to recruit and enroll participants in the Employment & Wellness program, providing strengths-based case management, and developing individualized action plans. The position requires coordinating with community resources, local employers, and internal teams to support participants' economic empowerment goals and job readiness. It also includes facilitating post-employment support and contributing to the development of economic empowerment programming.
