The Economic Empowerment Specialist supports Limited-English-Proficient CalWORKs and RCA clients in Alameda County as part of the IRC Northern California Economic Empowerment team. The position focuses on facilitating client participation in county employment and VESL programs and coordinating with county staff, partner schools, and community organizations. The role contributes to IRC’s mission of helping refugees and immigrants achieve economic self-sufficiency and stability.
