Responsibilities

Design and execute end-to-end grants and incentive programs for the builder ecosystem.
Source, recruit, and evaluate independent developers and crypto-native projects.
Run the accelerator program from selection through demo day and product launch.
Negotiate and close strategic partnerships across traditional software and crypto ecosystems.
Make funding decisions and track capital deployment against shipped outcomes.
